Cherished grandfather of Craig Vinkenvleugel and his wife Krista, Trudy Henderson and her husband Bill, Ian Vinkenvleugel and his wife Julia, Tyler Boyle, Jesse Boyle (Andrea), Dane Bridgette (Kirsten), Brittney Zaharko (Johnathan) and great grandfather of six. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Trinity Church 1420 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 11am with a time of fellowship to follow after the memorial mass. PUBBEN: Martin L. – After 89 years of life well lived, Martin Pubben passed away on December 18, 2015 at Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital. Martin was born on October 23, 1926 in Venray, The Netherlands. He grew up in the Netherlands and travelled to Indonesia in his early 20s as part of the Dutch Army. Upon his return he married the love of his life, Gerda. Hand in hand, with three children in tow, they embarked on a family adventure that landed them in Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada. They purchased a farm, had an additional child and built a wonderful life together. Martin was a sweet man. He was a kind, generous, fun loving gentleman who loved to travel, read, woodworking, puzzles, gardening, visiting with friends and most of all his family. Left with memories galore are his loving wife Gerda and his children Peter (Linda), Diny (Doug), MaryAnn (John) and Joanne (Carl). His grandchildren MacGregor (Diane), Tyler (Laura), Melissa, Tim, Kelly, Katie, Zac and his great grandchild Mae. Martin will also be missed by his siblings still living Ann, Jan, Josephine, Mia, his in-laws along with numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, extended family and friends. May he rejoice in joining his siblings predeceased (Theo, Gertruda, Joseph, Wilhelmina). It is with profound sadness, that we announce the passing on December 11, 2015, of Linda Anstee (Adam) of Ingersoll in her 66th year. Born on September 25, 1950 in Ingersoll to Gloria Margaret Ann Hutson and John Ross Adam. She was raised by Gloria and her husband Donald Cecil Hutson. Linda spent her years at home raising her four children. She fondly remembered her employment with Bruce at the Esso station and her night shifts at MACS with Bert before she finished her employment career with a position at Collins and Aikmen. She retired from C & A many years ago. She is lovingly remembered for her impulsivity, her generosity and her creativity. She enjoyed many hours with ceramics, crochet and many other crafts and activities. Marina Shores, Long Point will miss her smiling face each season where she vacationed at her trailer with Archie. Linda is survived by her husband Archie Spietaels, of Ingersoll and her 4 children Michelle (Kent) of Ingersoll, Richard (Lili) of Toronto, Melissa (Matthew) of Thamesford and Jennifer (Craig) of North Vancouver and her brother John (Connie) of London, Also her stepchildren Jen (Ron), Christa (Ron) and Mandy (Craig). She will be lovingly missed by her grandchildren Tristan, Aidan, Codi and Victoria, Madison, Tessa and Leigh. She is predeceased by her mother Gloria, her father Ross, her father Donald and her sister Judith. Linda did not want a funeral; she wanted us to celebrate her life. The family of Linda, invite all her and their loved ones and friends to the Elmhurst Inn, Ingersoll, on Saturday, December 19 from 1-4 pm to Celebrate Linda and share stories of her cherished life. At home on Thursday, December 10, 2015, Tom Ferguson of Ingersoll in his 85th year. Loved husband and best friend of Helen (Brown) Ferguson for 57 years. Loved father of Tom Ferguson (Lois), Tim Ferguson (Lilly) and Joan McHugh (Bob). Cherished Grampa of Seth, Conor, Alina (Anthony), Oran, Rourke, Gowan, Timothy, Wayne (Marie), Leah, Evan, Jenna, Kirk and Great Granddaughter Thalia. Brother of Martin (Betty) and David (Marie); Brother-in-law of Karen Brophy (late Dick), Janice Brown (late Harold) and the late Howard Brown. Tom took great pride in his nieces and nephews. In gentle ways he shared his wisdom and strength. Tom retired from the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
