DAVID: Wilson

Wilson DavidIt is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Wilson David on Thursday, February 25, 2016 in his 75th year after a short battle with cancer. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Joyce of 42 years, his sons, Santosh (Jennifer), Sam (Stephanie) and his 5 adoring grandchildren Owen, Cole, Asha, Max and Sydney. A great, kind, gentle man with a wonderful sense of humour, will be truly missed by his family and friends. He was an active member of the community, volunteering his time with the Salvation Army Food Bank and The Kiwanis Club of Ingersoll. Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll on Wednesday 6-9 pm and again on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the Woodstock Salvation Army Church 769 Juliana Drive from 10-11am with the service to follow at 11am. A reception will be held afterwards in the church hall. Donations on behalf of Wilson can be made to the Salvation Army Food Bank or the Kiwanis Club of Ingersoll.

BERGHUIS: Peter John

Peter BerghuisIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful husband, brother, father, grandfather and friend. Sunday, Feb 21 was a time of family prayer, tears, singing and reminiscing as Peter peacefully passed at the University Hospital in London. We grieve, but not without hope at our loss.
Loving husband of Hilda (Nauta), wonderful father of Henry (Heather Rooks), Wendy (Bryan Hummel), Marlene (Maarten Reinders) and Christopher (Catharine Orchard), amazing Opa of Peter, Hannah, Sarah, Lydia; Rachel, Mikaela; Jordan, Bayden, Isaac; Josiah, Micah, Dane. Peter is also survived by his caring sister Elly (Skarratt) and brother Andy.
Peter’s life will be celebrated and remembered with a service at 11:00 am on Saturday, Feb 27 at the Ingersoll Christian Reformed Church. Visitation will take place on Friday, Feb 26 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, also at Ingersoll Christian Reformed Church, 429 King St. W. Ingersoll. Funeral arrangements entrusted to McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 519-425-1600. In lieu of flowers donations are gratefully accepted for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Woodstock Christian School (formerly JKCS) (cheques accepted).

Betty was predeceased by her son Robert and grandson Jerry. Loving mother-in-law of Peg and Chuck Crooker. As per her request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.
